A shipping packing and insuring quote will be available as soon as we know where the piece or pieces are going and will be added to your total. Shipping inside the United States is by Federal Express, Adult Signature Required. Shipping and insurance overseas is via FedEx or by Postal service. If you wish for NEXT DAY or Overnight Express Service, we would be happy to try and accommodate you. However, some pieces cannot be properly packed in a single day. Please note that all packages MUST BE INSURED. We cannot ship any other way. If you are purchasing by credit card, we are required by the credit card company to ship to only the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card.
All packing will be done in house by an experienced member of our staff.

How Do I Pay?
To make a purchase, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time or call the shop (860.567.5084 or 860.567.0951) during business hours.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. You can call and give us your card number verbally, or request an emailed invoice with a secure link for encrypted online payment. Please note we are fully PCI compliant and no record of your credit card number is kept. For your security, your card company allows us to ship to only the BILLING ADDRESS of the credit card.
Paypal: Simply let us know you wish pay via PayPal and we will email you a PayPal invoice.
Wire Transfer: Email us and we will forward our banking information.
Checks Our mailing address is different from our shipping/physical address. If you are mailing a check, please send it to: Lawrence Jeffrey Estate Jewelers, P.O. Box 1334, Litchfield CT, 06759. If you are sending your check via FedEx, UPS, or some other non-US postal service carrier, please use our physical address: Lawrence Jeffrey Estate Jewelers, 33 West Street, Litchfield CT 06759. Merchandise may be held until your check clears.
Cash: We only accept cash for in-store purchases. Never ship or mail cash; please do not ship cash to us.
Pay with your unwanted or broken jewelry in trade for a piece from our collection.
Our layaway plan is 1⁄3 down followed by a payment of 1⁄3 the next month with a final 1⁄3 payment in 60 days. If you need additional time for a large purchase please let us know, we will try to accommodate you.
Items that have been modified or worked on by your jewelers are not returnable.
